I found this quote in the "Dahn Yoga Basics" book. I think I've blogged about it before but I think it is appropriate here as well.

The person with a safe center doesn’t fear change. We can choose change without fear before a challenge only when we are strongly centered. –Ilchi Lee

Yes, I've seen him do it :)

Now we know we all just have to practice to accomplish what we want.

Thanks for the link! I've heard of the Bhagavad Gita, but not the other ones. They look like sacred texts. I will have to look more closely.

Yes, I also hope each individual will ask themselves "what can I do." If we can all work together, even if we all have our own unique take on a situation, we can make a difference.

I watched it twice & it's very sad that the ones in power are destroying our world.I wish there was a way to play this movie at the 6:00 o'clock news so more people can see it & hopefully each individual will ask themself "what can I do" or "how can I make a difference." We need more love & not greed. This world can be a better place. I will tell everyone I know to watch it.

I've seen the movie too and it made my brain confusing, like your sharing.
I felt what is truth, who I am and what my life is...etc

However I felt definitly what Dahn yoga has wanted to say.How important awakening and getting back our center.
Thank you

Great post! I have seen Zeitgeist. I thought it made a lot of excellent points. As far as being afraid of the implications; I have no fear. Recogizing the fact that we are beigs of consciousness who have the power to determine our life experiences; I am confident that everything is happening, and will continue happen for the best.

Peace and blessings
