I recently started learning more dahn gong forms, which are basically like tai chi. Through them you can move the energy within and around your body. One of the most basic, though powerful, forms is Earth Dahn Gong. I think it is easier to learn from watching someone else do it rather than reading written instructions, so I got permission to post the video of Master Chunsuk doing it. It’s a great way to feel more grounded and connected to the earth.Why don’t you try it and report here how you felt? How hard was it for you to follow along?

Hi Michela,
I love tai-chi,qi-qong. I am not too familiar with many dahn gong forms, however doing whawt Master Chunsuk does is an awesome way to really accumulate the ball of energy. Certainly I am more aware of my energy and my breating become quite calm. One thing that our Jiwangjanim also points out to us at our center is to keep the flow of arms (at the beginning) at shoulder height as Master Chunsuk. I can see this makes a big difference before I start tai-chi at the center! Thanks for the video!
