I found this fun video on www.brainwavevibration.com that shows Dahn Yoga founder Ilchi Lee doing his morning exercise. It’s gives you a little peak into his life and what he’s like. It also shows you the HSP 12 step training that he developed–12 steps to walking on your hands.
