Weight Management Tip
By Michela | January 17, 2008
Here is an exercise that I’ve done in my Dahn Yoga class many times. What I didn’t know is that it can help you manage your weight– at least that’s what the January 10th issue of the Dahn Yoga newsletter says. Other benefits are that it circulates energy and blood throughout the body, prevents aging by vibrating your cells, and helps your blood circulaton. Has anyone tried it and found good results?
Here’s how you do it. If you try it, comment here on what you found.
1) Lie down on your back on the floor.
2) Lift your arms and legs up to the ceiling.
3) Shake them fast and faster.
4) Count 100 times while you are shaking them.
5) Drop them quickly.
