Shoulder stretching: Healing Tips from Dahn Healing System
By Michela | November 12, 2007
I found shoulder stretching exercises in the October 2007 newsletter from Sedona Ilchi Meditation Center– “A letter from Mago”. It’s for all of those people who have shoulder pain from computer work.
MakeĀ a kneeling posture, with your back straight and the back of your hands resting on your kidneys. Hold this posture for 15-20 seconds. Then bend your upper body forward and stretch your arms forward fully. Hold this posture for 15-20 seconds. Repeat this sequence about 5 times.
Then raise your hips until your knees are at a 90 degree angle and arch your back, pushing your chest towards the ground. Hold this posture as long as possible. Repeat this posture and the one above 3-5 times.
According to the newsletter, these posture sequences will rebalance your hip joints, sacroiliac, shoulder joints, shoulder blades, cervical, lumbar, thoracic vertibrae joints areas, and others. They will ease your pelvic pain, headaches, cricks in the arms and shoulder.
Why don’t you try them and report how they feel here ![]()

Hi Michela,
I have been a member for more than four years in Toronto. I just wanted to say you are doing a very good job with this site.
Best,
Andrew
p.s. Are you the same Michela as the one on Facebook for Dahn Yoga?

Would you like something informal or something you could post?

Something I could post is best, but if you’re not comfortable with that, then something informal is great! Thank you!

Hi,
If you don’t mind, for something for you to eventually post, could you send me your email address so I could send it to you privately and not post my sharing on this comment board? Thanks.
