Self-Declaration
By young | September 24, 2007
Sometimes we can start something toward a certain goal more effectively after we declare as if it is already done. Our brain likes when its potential is admitted then it moves to help for the potential to come true. How about these sentences about physical fitness.
Energy: I am always lively and full of energy
Health Habits: I take good care of myself
Circulation: Under normal conditions, my hands and feet feel warm and comfortable
Digestive function: I rarely have any problems with my stomach, intestines, or colon
Flexibility: I have good flexibility and a general sense of openness
Congratulations on your achievements!

Self-declaration is the first step in the process of change. No matter what it is we want to change, we must first declare our intention. When that intention is strongly and confidently declared, our mind will bring energy to accomplish that goal.
Self-declaration is the first action that we take toward completion of our vision. Remember, no action ~ no creation !

Thank you for reminding me that declaration is the first action!

It’s easy to forget some of the basics and self declarations is a powerful basic. I need to get back to being purposeful and not so scattered. When I am scattered, it easy to fall back into old habits. Then I get frustrated because I am more inclined to be side-tracked.
