    Dahn Exercise

    Since change can often cause stress, remember to attend classes regularly to exercise your body and release the stress and emotion that may come with changes in seasons and schedules. If you have any particular challenges, consult with the instructors at your center.

      I need big challenge which will wake me up..

      I love that about our center, too. We can talk to Masters or instructors about particular aches, pains, stress, etc. and get advice about exercise or meditation specific to the problem.
